I see duplicate charges after using my debit/check card as credit card? |
|
In rare instances, you may get what seems like a duplicate charge on your bank statement. This may occur when you used your debit/check card as a credit card AND your transaction failed because of invalid address. The debit/check cards are processed differently than regular credit cards and each transaction (including failed ones) places a pending charge on your account. This pending charge after a failed transaction will eventually "drop off". Depending on the bank, it may take from 2 to 10 days for these pending charges to disappear.

Can I get rid of the "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items" warning in Microsoft Internet Explorer? |
When you receive the error message, click Yes. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, click the Security tab; make sure that in "Select a zone..." window that Internet is selected. Click Custom Level and scroll down about half way to "Display mixed content" in the Miscellaneous section. Change it from Prompt to Enable. Click OK, Yes, and OK. The change should take effect immediately. This solution was tested both in IE 6 and 7

My card was declined, what now? |
One of the most common reasons for credit card decline is wrong zip code. Make sure that zip code you enter matches the address on your credit card statement.
For your protection, we also require a 3 minute wait time before you can re-submit your transaction.
If you are using debit card, be aware that every time your transaction is declined due to invalid zip code, the bank places temporary hold on the transaction amount. See "I see duplicate charges..." topic for more information.
Finally, under no circumstances, re-submit your transaction if the payment page seems to hang for a long time (5 minutes or more). This could mean that your transaction was processed but, for some reason, the payment gateway is unable to notify us about the transaction result. Use the general feedback page (Contact Us link on the bottom of each page), to let us know when this happens.
